Report Your Green Journey

If you have an Eco Rewards ID, smart tag or registered smartcard, you can use this form to report individual green journeys and exercise in the past 7 days and up to 3 different modes a day.

If working from home, enter your usual home to work return distance in miles.

If you make more than one journey using the same mode, just report the total distance for that day.

Any duplicate or excess reports will not be added to your account.

Optional - please provide evidence such as picture of ticket or screenshot from walking app. Any images submitted must not contain personal information, illegal content or inappropriate content^*. To establish and demonstrate confidence in self-reporting, we would love to see more detail about your journey and any walking-cycling apps you are using. Images will be held anonymously and archived or deleted after 30 days.
